Strawberry sauce

  • 2 cups chopped strawberries (can be fresh or frozen)

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 33g Chocolate PALADIN

  • 150 ml milk

  • 150 ml whole milk

  • 1/2 cup double cream

  • 33g chocolate PALADIN

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons cointreau

  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed cloves

  •  

to serve: whipped cream, cocoa powder and/ or dark chocolate sprinkles

Yamm Yamm

Ingredients

  • 1¾ Cups Plain White Flour

  • 1¾ Cups Sugar

  • ¾ Cup chocolate PALADIN

  • 1½ teaspoons Baking Powder

  • 1½ teaspoons Baking Soda

  • ½ teaspoon Salt

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence

  • ½ Cup Oil (I use Canola)

  • 1 Cup Milk

  • 1 Cup Boiling Water

 

Basic Chocolate Icing

 

  • 1½ Cups Icing Sugar

  • 1½ Tablespoons Cocoa Powder

  • 1 teaspoon Butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence

  • 1-3 Tablespoons Water

  • 1 can sweeten condensed milk

  • 1/2 cup chocolate PALADIN

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Authentic Churros

Ingredients

Coating

  • 1/4 cup caster sugar (superfine sugar) (55g)

  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

 

Churros

  • 150 g/ 1 cup plain white flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or other neutral flavored oil

       (not extra virgin olive oil)

  • 250 ml / 1 cup boiled water

  • 2 cups+ oil, for frying

 

Chocolate Sauce

  • 4 tbsp chocolate powder PALADIN

  • 150ml of Milk
